12. The machine can not seep into liquid, fall into metal objects, etc., after each engraving should be promptly cleaned up the machine to remove cutting objects and dust, regularly to the lead screw guide rack lubrication.

13. When the engraving machine is working, the top cover of the bucket cover of the pump should be placed to prevent the sundries from falling into the water and clogging the water pipe and the main shaft.

14. When the water-cooled spindle motor works, it must ensure that the water pipe is fixed and reliable, the water source is clean, and the water flow is unblocked. Otherwise, the motor will be damaged by water leakage or water cut-off, and the water pipe should be replaced after aging. The cooling fluid may be emulsified or 10 # mechanical oil.

15. Before starting the machine, the spindle motor should be started to observe whether the rotation direction is reversed. If the rotation direction is wrong, turn off the position of any two wires on the U V W column of the power converter after shutdown, and the motor should not be reversed.
